Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care products including cosmetics. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
