Desolini Beauty ships through courier services within Bulgaria and selected international destinations.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
- Bulgaria: 4–8 business days
- International orders: 5–14 business days depending on the destination and courier service
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.
Possible Delays
Please note that in rare cases, delays in order processing and shipping may occur due to extraordinary international circumstances, including the effects of COVID-19, wars or international conflicts, logistical disruptions, or courier-related issues. Desolini Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping or logistics providers.
